About

The short version

I co-founded Influx in 2014, a digital agency that helps cash-pay healthcare practices (plastic surgeons, med spas, cosmetic dentists) acquire patients. We're about 85 people strong, fully remote, and we've been growing steadily for over a decade.

My days are split between strategy, finance, and building things. I care about the intersection of technology and human potential, specifically how AI is creating the biggest opportunity most people are too afraid to grab.

I'm from Park City, Utah and split time between there and Tampa, Florida with my wife Mera and our two kids. I drink tea and coffee. Just like I ski and snowboard. I like both. Does that make me weird? Maybe.

I think the next decade is going to be the most interesting period in human history, and I'd rather be building during it than watching from the sidelines.

What I think about

  • AI as amplifier, not replacement — what happens when focused people get 10x tools
  • The new gold rush and why most people are sleeping through it
  • Building companies that last vs. chasing what's trendy
  • Technology, space, and the philosophical questions nobody has good answers to yet
  • Why optimism is a competitive advantage
